1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Affordify platform, you agree to be bound by these institutional terms. Our services are provided to facilitate financial transparency between borrowers and lenders.
2. Universal Profile Fees
The "Universal Profile" fee ($29) is a one time charge that grants lifetime data sovereignty for a specific verified snapshot. This fee removes lender specific branding and enables a universal sharing link.
3. Always-Qualified Status Subscriptions
"Always-Qualified Status" subscriptions ($19/mo) provide recurring data refreshes and real time income monitoring. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access remains until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Verification Integrity
Users agree not to provide fraudulent bank access or attempt to manipulate the institutional audit. Any detected manipulation will result in immediate account termination and notification to relevant financial partners.
